art and me...
I currently live and work in Atlanta. From an early age my passion has been art in all forms, from photography to painting. I have studied fine art and design under some of the most amazing local artists.
Although I haven't had the grandiose formal training some artists have had...I can’t imagine my life without art.
Being in the corporate world for years and going through layoffs and down-sizing, I kept returning to painting and photography. I finally figured out that painting is exactly what I’m supposed to be doing and I am insanely passionate about my work.
Acrylics, oils, chalk, watercolors, and mixed media are my forms of expression. I use stretched canvas or artist paper and love adding textures and using colors that “oddly” work. For the paintings on canvas, I use 1.5" to 2.5" thick canvas, and the paintings on paper are sold unframed. Each painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
I do custom projects as well as “ready to sell” paintings viewed on my online art gallery. Paintings marked as SOLD can be closely duplicated and/or customized to suit your needs.
